These delicious brownies are a healthier alternative to regular brownies. They:

- Are loaded with vitamins, minerals and brain friendly nootropics.

- Contain just 160 calories per serving

- Contain just 7 simple ingredients.

- Super quick to make.

 

Healthy brownies: Ingredients

- 75g of Walnuts

- 2 tablespoons of Nutrifize Calming Cocoa

- 1 Banana

- 1/4 raw cacao power (or a further 2 table spoons of Nutrifize Calming Cocoa)

- 1/4 cup of maple

- 1/4 cups of your favoured milk

- 1/4 cup of powdered oats

Optional Extras

- Protein powder

- Chocolate chips

 

Healthy brownies: Instructions

1) Add the walnuts, Nutrifize Calming Cocoa, cacao powder, banana & milk into a blender & blend until thickened & smooth.

2) Foldthe blended mixture into a bowl & add your maple, oats & optional extras. Stir until thick.

3) Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes at enjoy.
